Ana Agneshwar is a serial entrepreneur and a life long student of human psychology. After 15 years of experience culminating in leadership roles at companies like Citi, MSG & Netpixel (acquired), she ventured out on her own to build something meaningful. She has spent the last 5 years re-imagining the role of a 21st century HR Service provider.
Whether it’s experimenting with technology or re-purposing talent to provide cost-effective outplacement services, Ana likes to push the edges of what is possible. Her vision and operational experience positions Aimient to support HR teams during this crisis.
Her work with talented start up founders organically led to her enthusiasm for angel investing. She has invested in 6 companies and serves as the chapter lead for Pipeline Angels in NYC. She is an avid reader and blogger and you can go here to see what she’s reading and thinking about these days.
